• Product Information: Product names, prices, and descriptions that you create
• Order Information: Order details including items, quantities, amounts, dates, and status
• Usage Data: Order count for free tier limitations and coupon redemption records
• App Settings: Currency preferences and other app configuration settings

3. How We Store Your Data

All data is stored locally on your device only. ChatOrders uses local device storage (SharedPreferences) to save your information. We do not:

• Upload your data to external servers
• Share your data with third parties
• Transmit your data over the internet
• Use cloud storage or backup services

Your data remains entirely under your control and is never accessible to us or anyone else.

4. Data Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• Your device's security features protect your data (screen lock, encryption, etc.)
• Data is only accessible through the ChatOrders app on your device
• Uninstalling the app will permanently delete all stored data
• We recommend keeping your device secure with a password or biometric lock

5. Data Retention and Deletion

You have complete control over your data:

• Data remains on your device until you choose to delete it
• You can delete individual orders, customers, or products at any time
• Use "Clear All Data" in Settings to remove all information
• Uninstalling the app permanently removes all data

6. Permissions

ChatOrders may request the following device permissions:

• Storage: To save and retrieve your data locally on your device
• Internet (if applicable): Only for displaying web-based help or documentation, not for data transmission

7. Third-Party Services

ChatOrders does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The app operates entirely offline without requiring an internet connection.

8. Children's Privacy

ChatOrders is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the app and on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

10. Your Rights

As all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete rights to:

11. Coupon System

ChatOrders includes a coupon redemption feature to unlock unlimited orders. Coupon codes and redemption status are stored locally on your device. No coupon usage data is transmitted to external servers.
