This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game BrainVerse: The Lost Core (“the App”, “we”, “us”) handles information. The App is a puzzle game intended for children and families. We have designed it to collect as little information as possible and to keep your gameplay data on your own device.
1. Information we do not collect
The App does not require registration or login and does not collect:
- Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or postal addresses
- Precise location (GPS)
- Photos, contacts, microphone, or camera data
- Any information that directly identifies you or your child
2. Information stored on your device
To let you play and keep your progress, the App saves the following locally on your device only (in the App’s private storage). This information is not transmitted to us:
- Game progress, level completion, stars, coins, and “lives”
- In-game settings (music, sound, and accessibility preferences)
- Basic gameplay statistics used to run the game
This data is removed when you uninstall the App or clear its data in your device settings.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google’s advertising technology may collect and use certain limited information such as device identifiers, IP address, and general app-usage/diagnostic data, in accordance with Google’s policies.
Because the App is directed to children, we configure ad requests for a child-directed, family-safe experience:
- Requests are tagged for child-directed treatment and users under the age of consent.
- Ad content is limited to a “G” (general audiences) maximum rating.
- This disables personalized/interest-based advertising for these users.
- Ads are not shown on Android TV devices.
For details on how Google handles data, see Google’s Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy and information on Google AdMob and families at Google’s AdMob families guidance.
4. Device information
The App reads basic, non-identifying device characteristics (for example, whether the device is an Android TV) so it can adapt the interface and, on TVs, disable ads. This information is used on the device and is not collected by us.
5. Children’s privacy
We take children’s privacy seriously and aim to comply with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation as it applies to children (GDPR-K), and the Google Play Families Policy.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
- The App does not include social features, chat, or user-generated content sharing.
- Advertising is configured for child-directed treatment as described in Section 3.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, or you have any concern, please contact us (Section 9) and we will address it promptly.
6. How information is shared
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Limited information is processed by our advertising provider (Google AdMob) only as needed to display ads, as described above. We may disclose information if required by law.
7. Data security
Gameplay data is stored in the App’s private storage on your device. While no method of storage is completely secure, we rely on the security protections provided by your device’s operating system.
8. Your choices
- You can turn off music and sound in the App’s Settings.
- You can remove all locally stored game data by uninstalling the App or clearing its data in your device settings.
- You can manage advertising identifiers through your device’s privacy/ads settings.

10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes may also be noted within the App or its store listing. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
