Privacy Policy
Privacy and support: sunnybhadana44@gmail.com
Your investigation progress stays on your device. Advertising and purchase services process some device and transaction information. Below you can find what is processed, why, and how to request deletion.
About this policy
This policy explains how the developer of Ghost OS 2 handles information when you use the Android game and its advertising, purchase and support features. Ghost OS 2 is a fictional investigation game. Its messages, contacts, photographs, documents and phone interface are story content, not access to your real phone accounts.
Game data stored on your device
Case progress, bookmarked evidence, investigator notes you type, language preference, battery state, daily starting charges, reward limits and cached Root Access ownership are stored locally. The game does not send your investigation notes or case progress to a developer-operated cloud save service. Device backup or transfer services may copy app data under your device/account settings. Do not put sensitive personal information in the notebook.
Advertising
The Android app uses Google AdMob to display banners and optional rewarded ads. The app requests non-personalized ads. This does not mean that no data is processed: Google's Mobile Ads SDK can process IP addresses (including approximate location inferred from IP), advertising or other device identifiers, app/ad interactions and diagnostic information to deliver ads, measure performance and prevent fraud. Google may share this information with parties involved in providing its advertising services under Google's policies. Rewarded ads are optional; a reward is credited only when the ad SDK reports it has been earned. Verified Root Access disables banner and rewarded-ad offers; it does not erase information previously processed by advertising providers.
Consent and advertising choices
Where applicable, Google's User Messaging Platform presents consent messages before ads can be requested. When required by the SDK, Ad privacy options is available in the app's Power screen. Android advertising settings may let you reset or delete your advertising ID. Some service information may still be processed for essential delivery, diagnostics or fraud prevention. You can use the offline investigation content without viewing rewarded ads.
Purchases and service authentication
Google Play processes payments. The game does not receive your full payment-card details. If you use purchase, restore or verification features, Firebase Authentication may create a pseudonymous anonymous user identifier without asking you for an email address or password. The verification service receives an authentication identifier/token, product identifier, platform, transaction identifier and purchase verification data such as a purchase token. It checks purchase status with Google Play to deliver and restore Root Access and prevent fraudulent transactions. Firebase and Google Cloud may also process IP addresses, user-agent information, request metadata and operational logs. Gameplay does not require registration. The app does not include Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics.
Support messages
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include. We use that information to answer your request, troubleshoot the app and handle privacy or deletion requests. Do not send payment-card details, passwords or purchase verification tokens.
Service providers and international processing
Information needed for the features described above is processed by Google services, including AdMob, Firebase, Google Cloud and Google Play. Support email is handled through Gmail. These services may process information outside your country. Their applicable privacy terms and safeguards govern that processing. We do not operate a separate data brokerage service or sell your investigator notes.
Retention
Local game data remains until you reset a case, clear the app's storage, uninstall it or overwrite the data; device backups may remain separately. Resetting a case does not clear all cases, global reward counters or purchase ownership. Anonymous Firebase authentication records may remain until deleted through the service; uninstalling the game alone does not delete those records. Provider logs and advertising data follow the providers' retention schedules and configured service settings. Our purchase verification code checks receipts without keeping a separate purchase database or deliberately logging receipt tokens; infrastructure logs may still contain request metadata. Support correspondence is retained for the time needed to resolve the request and follow up, and where necessary for security, disputes or legal obligations. Information that must be retained for those purposes is limited to that need.
Your choices and deletion requests
To reset one investigation, use Settings > Restart case. To remove all local game data, use Android Settings > Apps > Ghost OS 2 > Storage > Clear storage (labels vary by device), or uninstall the app. These actions erase local progress and settings; they do not cancel a Google Play purchase or delete cloud service records. Manage device backups separately through your device/account settings.
For access, correction or deletion of information under the developer's control, email sunnybhadana44@gmail.com with the subject "Ghost OS 2 privacy request". Explain what you want removed. If you have a support ID shown in the app's Privacy policy screen, include it so we can locate the anonymous service record. We may request limited information to verify your connection to the data. Do not send authentication or purchase tokens. We will act on verified requests as applicable to your rights and explain any information retained for security, fraud prevention, disputes or legal obligations. Google may retain its own purchase records and other information under its policies; requests concerning your Google account can also be made to Google. Rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, portability or complain to a data protection authority depend on your location.
Security
The app uses provider SDKs and HTTPS/TLS service connections for advertising and purchase verification. Local saves are stored in app storage and are not separately encrypted by the game. Protect your device and backups. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Children
Ghost OS 2 contains fictional investigation and missing-person themes and is not designed specifically for young children. We do not ask players to provide their age, real contacts or personal profile. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact sunnybhadana44@gmail.com so we can investigate and address it. The store's age rating and audience settings describe the intended distribution audience.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the game's features, services or data practices change. The effective date above identifies this version. For questions about this policy or the game, contact sunnybhadana44@gmail.com.
