SNAKE OUT

This Privacy Policy explains how Revaltronics ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the mobile game Snake Out (the "Game", package com.revaltronics.snakeout). We built Snake Out to be a simple, offline-friendly puzzle. We do not run our own servers and we do not ask you to create an account or give us your name, email, or contacts. The limited data processing that does happen comes from trusted Google services described below.

Information stored on your device

Your game progress and preferences — such as current level, stars, coins, owned cosmetics, lives, daily-streak status, and your sound / vibration / colour-blind settings — are saved locally on your device only. This data stays on your phone, is not transmitted to us, and is removed when you uninstall the Game or clear its data.

Information collected by third-party services

Snake Out uses the following Google services, which may collect and process data (including device identifiers such as an advertising ID) under their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob — shows banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded ads. AdMob may use device and advertising identifiers to serve and measure ads. See the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from partner apps. If you purchase Remove Ads, banner and interstitial ads are disabled.
• Google Play Games Services — optional sign-in used only for the global leaderboard (furthest level reached). If you sign in, Google shares a player identifier so your score can appear on the board. You can play the entire Game without signing in.
• Google Play Billing — processes in-app purchases (Remove Ads and coin packs). Payment is handled entirely by Google Play; we never see or store your card or payment details.

These providers act as independent controllers of the data they collect. We encourage you to review Google's policy linked above.

How this data is used

• To display and measure advertising (unless you have Remove Ads).
• To show your ranking on the global leaderboard, if you sign in.
• To complete and validate in-app purchases you choose to make.
• To save your progress and settings on your device.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles ourselves.

Advertising choices & consent

Where required (for example in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland), you will be asked for consent before personalised ads are shown, and on iOS you may be asked for permission to track. You can reset or limit ad personalisation at any time from your device settings:

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → reset or delete your advertising ID / opt out of ad personalisation.
• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising.

Children's privacy

Snake Out is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Game, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, or to object to certain processing. Because the data described here is handled by Google, you can exercise many of these rights through your Google Account controls. For anything else, contact us using the details below.

Data retention & security

On-device data persists until you delete it (by clearing app data or uninstalling). Data handled by Google is retained under Google's policies. We rely on the security measures of the Google platforms the Game is built on; no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Game after an update means you accept the revised policy.
