Cora ("the app") is designed to be private by default. This policy explains what that means for Cora: Pelvic Floor Trainer on Android and iOS, published by Revaltronics.
Your exercise history stays on your device. Android ads use Google's advertising services. There is no Cora account or sign-up. Android users may choose to watch rewarded ads for session credits, weekly activity reports or session themes. Foundations and basic progress tracking can be used without watching a rewarded ad. Free Android users may see a banner on the Home screen; Premium does not show ads. Advertising is currently enabled only on Android.
Google's Mobile Ads SDK may collect and share IP addresses, device/account identifiers, app/ad interactions and diagnostics for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. IP addresses may be used to estimate general location. Cora requests non-personalized ads, which still involve SDK data collection. Cora does not pass your selected program, quiz answers or exercise history to advertising services.
Google's User Messaging Platform checks privacy requirements. Required consent forms appear where required before ads are requested. If a consent update fails, an ad can be requested only if Google's SDK permits it using the available consent status. Revisit Settings → Ad privacy choices when that option is required and available. To make the app work, Cora stores your chosen program, session history, streak, reminders, reward credits, report/theme unlocks and selected theme locally in app storage. Cora does not upload exercise history to a Cora server or provide it to advertisers. Your operating system's backup and restore settings may also affect locally stored app data. Settings → Reset progress and settings removes exercise history, program/reminder settings and unused session credits. Subscription state, report/theme unlocks, selected theme and the last reward day are retained locally to preserve access and the daily reward limit. Clearing the app's storage or uninstalling removes its local copy; operating-system backups may restore data later. A local reset does not delete data already processed by Google under its policies or cancel a store subscription.
If you enable the daily reminder, Cora schedules a local notification on your device. No information is sent off the device to do this.
Optional subscriptions are processed by Google Play or Apple's App Store. Those providers handle payment information under their policies; Cora does not store your payment details. The app communicates with the relevant store to purchase or restore access and stores subscription status locally. See Google's Privacy Policy and Apple's Privacy Policy. Manage or cancel subscriptions through the store where you purchased them.
You can use the free program without watching ads, change reminder permission in your device settings, and remove local progress as described above. On Android, you can also reset or delete your advertising ID in device settings. Google and the app stores process and retain their data under their own policies. Contact those providers for requests concerning data they hold; contact us for questions about Cora's handling of data.
If you email us, we receive the email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer your request and investigate problems. Please avoid sending exercise history or health information unless necessary for your request. You can ask us to delete support correspondence by contacting the address below.
Cora is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18.
If this policy changes (for example, if a future version adds an optional cloud feature), the updated policy will be posted here with a new date.
