Cora offers short, guided pelvic floor training sessions. The Foundations program is free. Cora Premium unlocks the Postpartum Recovery, Menopause & Midlife and Stress Incontinence programs, weekly progression and full history.
Cora has no account and no sign-up. Your sessions, streaks and settings are stored only on your own device.
Cora Premium is an auto-renewing subscription:
Prices are shown in the app in your local currency. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not inside Cora. On your device, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, choose Cora, then change or cancel the plan. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for.
Open Cora and tap Settings → Restore purchases, making sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with. Cora also re-checks your subscription each time it launches, so this is usually only needed after reinstalling or switching devices.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.
From the home screen, tap any program under Programs. You can switch at any time; your streak and history are kept.
Open Settings → Remind me every day and set the time you want. The reminder is a local notification and sends nothing off your device.
Open Settings → Reset all data. This permanently erases your progress, streak and settings from the device. Deleting the app removes them too.
Cora does not collect, transmit or share any personal data. Read the full Privacy Policy.
Use of Cora is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
Cora offers general exercise guidance and education. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you have pain, are pregnant, or are unsure, check with your healthcare provider.
